Avera will consider commercialization and development partnerships for its current drug candidates as well as compounds from other companies. For AV810 and AV965, we are seeking partners that have Phase 3 development and commercialization expertise in the target therapeutic areas. At the same time, Avera aims to establish partnerships to expand its pipeline and ultimately develop a commercial organization for niche therapeutic markets.

Avera is actively seeking to in-license clinical stage (Phase 1-3) and near-IND small molecule compounds. In addition, we will consider licensing U.S. development/commercialization rights to compounds that are currently approved for sale outside of the U.S.

Currently Available: Gantacurium Chloride - Phase 3 Ready
Worldwide development and commercialization rights for gantacurium chloride are currently available for licensing. The product is an ultrashort-acting, non-depolarizing surgical neuromuscular blocker for use as an adjunct to general anesthesia for both rapid and routine tracheal intubations. Phase 2 is complete.
